phase de la juridiction contentieuse.<\/p><p>A ce titre, elle doit \u00eatre distingu\u00e9e des demandes gracieuses et des d\u00e9cisions de d\u00e9gr\u00e8vement ou de restitution d\u2019office.<\/p><p>De m\u00eame, elle ne doit pas \u00eatre confondue tant avec les autres demandes ne portant pas contestation de l\u2019imp\u00f4t qu\u2019avec les recours hi\u00e9rarchiques ou les diverses interventions.<\/p><p>En toute mati\u00e8re fiscale les avocats r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement inscrits au barreau peuvent r\u00e9clamer pour autrui sans avoir \u00e0 justifier d\u2019un mandat.<\/p><p>En cas de d\u00e9cision d\u00e9favorable de l\u2019administration, votre avocat peut porter le litige devant les tribunaux comp\u00e9tents (tribunal administratif ou tribunal de grande instance). Devant le tribunal administratif seul le contribuable lui-m\u00eame ou un avocat inscrit au barreau peut pr\u00e9senter des observations orales \u00e0 l\u2019audience.<\/p><p>La prise en charge du
